About Me

My name is Ana and I’m a storyteller based in Warsaw, Poland and Strasbourg, France.

I come from a theatrical family, being a fourth-generation artist.

I was educated for the stage, but I quickly moved to filmmaking, as well as writing and producing for TV broadcasters and Internet clients.

I started working when I was 18, and since then I’ve been writing, directing, editing and producing various types of content: documentary films, television series, reality shows, digital stories, reportages.

Today, I’m an independent filmmaker and a senior level audiovisual producer with great passion for real human stories.

My most time-consuming passions are documentaries, interactive stories, and football.

    Ana Brzezińska is a Warsaw-born Filmmaker and Producer.
    For over 10 years she has been directing and producing TV shows, promotional videos, documentaries, digital & VR experiences.
    Her first film was a Polish-Belgian documentary „I Want (No) Reality” on the famous avant-garde theatre group Needcompany. Currently she works as a director on a project „Welcome to the other side” (previously: „The Future of Forever”), and as a creative producer on a VR experience „Crossed-Out Warsaw”. Her arthouse projects have been presented at some of the most prestigious international events: Hot Docs Forum, Venice VR Biennale, Cross Video Days, East Doc Platform, and more.
    She developed stories for TVN Discovery channels, reportages and interviews for AGORA.
    She was one of the media consultants for The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in Poland, as well as other public institutions and private companies.
    She is a Documentary Campus Masterschool alumni (2017), and a EURODOC participant (2016). In 2018 she started a professional course „Digital Marketing: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning, & Analytics” at Columbia University Business School (NYC).
    She runs a company called Petersdottir Media – a creative initiative that focuses on modern storytelling: from high-end audiovisual productions, immersive and interactive experiences, digital challenges, to media education and marketing solutions. She also travels the world as a digital & VR expert and enthusiast.
    Her biggest passion is football.
